Smoked Salmon


I recently read this interesting article from The village of Kake is not far from where we are and I thought this story was wonderfully done. A lot of people preserve their fish using this sort of method. Jarred salmon is easily accessible (thanks Jane for the hookup this summer!). I didn’t eat a lot of seafood until I moved to Alaska and I have enjoyed learning more about how to prepare and enjoy it. If you liked this article, you might enjoy these as well:
